All-Star FanFest, an interactive baseball theme park and the largest baseball fan event in the nation, makes its return to Pittsburgh as part of the 2006 Major League All-Star Week.

WHY:
Now in its 16th season, All-Star FanFest is an unrivaled experience for families and fans of all ages. The five-day event launches 2006 All-Star Week and boasts interactive activities and historical exhibits such as life-size video batting and pitching cages, free autogrpahs from Pirates players, Hall of Fame players and Major League Baseball legends, youth skill clinics taught by current and former MLB players, and much more.

Tickets for All-Star FanFest are sold on a timed-entry basis, giving fans the ability to reserve the day and time of their choice and can be purchased via the Pirates official website (www.pirates.com), the official website of Major League Baseball (www.mlb.com), at the PNC Park Box Office, or by phone at 1-888-FANFEST (326-3378).
